Delivery/Shipment Policy

1. Foschi Fine Photography uses United Parcel Service (Ground Services) for all internet orders with a shipping charge over $3.00.
All other orders are sent 1st class USPS. Shipping rates are based on the amount of the order. The customer chooses whether to
pick up at the studio or ship their product to a valid United States street address.

2. Orders are custom made and will be billed and paid in full when order is placed. Generally, orders may take up to 4 weeks to 
deliver. An exception would be an initial order on High school Senior pictures. These orders can take 12 weeks or longer
depending on when the order is placed in our production schedule.


Return policy

Foschi Fine Photography has a 100% satisfaction gaurantee. You can return any product for a full refund within 30 days.
However, our goal is to deliver quality memories that you will treasure forever. Any corrections or reprints
that are the fault of Foschi Fine Photography must be returned by mail with written instruction within 30 days of receipt.
The customer will be charged for corrections or reprints that were not specified in the original order. 
After 30 days, we will treat the request as a reprint.

Check Policy

If the customer chooses to send check as payment: Payment by check is your authorization that returned checks may be electronically
re-presented and that we may draw a check on or electronically debit your acoount for a return check fee pf $30 or state max allowed.

Privacy Policy

At Foschi Fine Photography, we are committed to protecting your privacy online. Our pledge is to safe guard any information
we collect in associated with you and your name, and will make every reasonable effort to use this information only as you 
request. We have adopted this privacy policy to notify you of Foschi Fine Photography's treatment of personal or personally
identifiable information that may be collected by Foschi Fine Photography when you are on our website and when you use our 
services. This privacy policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Foschi Fine Photography does not own or 
control, or to individuals that are not under our actual control.

1. Secure Ordering with GeoTrust:
	At Foschi Fine Photography we use WD Web Company and Authorize.net's secure ordering services to process all of your 
credit card orders. When you make an online purchase, the information you provide allows us to process and fulfill your order, 
and to notify you of your order status. We need to know your name, e-mail address, billing and shipping addresses, which are
stored along with a record of the products you purchase. Our processing service, Authorize.net, needs to know your credit card 
number and expiration date. Once an on-line order has been confirmed, creditcard information is not stored by Foschi Fine 
Photography for reuse.

2. Sharing and disclosure of personal information:
	Foschi Fine Photography will not sell, rent, lease, or transfer your personal information to any individual, 
business, or government entity unless to: (i) respond to duly authorized information requests of government authorities: 
(ii) comply with any law, regulation, subpoena, or court order; (iii) help prevent fraud or to enforce or protect
the rights and properties of Foschi Fine Photography; or(iv) to protect the personal safety of Foschi Fine Photography
employees and third parties on Foschi Fine Photography properties. 

3. Protection of Personal Information:
	All user account pages, such as web pages that display personal information, such as credit card data, names, and 
addresses, are protected by GeoTrust. All user accounts must be accessed with usernames and passwords. You are advised not
to share your username and password with any other person. Unfortunately, no security system can be gauranteed to be 100%
secure. Foschi Fine Photography uses all commercially reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, but you provide 
all such information at your own risk. 

5. Amendments:
	Foschi Fine Photography reserves the right to amend this privacy policy at any time. When and if the terms of this 
Privacy Policy are amended, Foschi Fine Photography shall post a notice of changes on its web site and update the "Effective Date 
of Privacy Policy" date at the bottom of this page.
